A grand Victorian grade II listed building that has watched over the River Thames in Putney for nearly 150 years.

On Sundays there is an array of roasts on offer. Those that can’t choose what they want should go for the ‘The Dukes Roast’ (trio of meats with pigs in blankets). Those that don’t fancy a roast have the option of some fabulous pub classics, including beer battered cod and the Duke’s burger.
Key features: Perfect no matter what the season (cosy lit fires for the winter and a roof terrace for the summer), dog friendly and a Sunday roast that runs all day.
Overview:
A little “Country” pub tucked away in a small corner of Chelsea, that was established in 1846 and taken over by the famous James Blunt in 2017.
3 fireplaces and a dart board to make it cosy in the winter and a conservatory where you can wind back the roof to enjoy long lunches in the summer.
When it comes to Sunday lunch there is something for everyone no matter what your dietary requirements. There is also a bar snack menu that runs alongside the La Carta menu, containing hearty pub classics that can’t go wrong with.

A large Victorian pub that hosts outdoor barbecues and spit roasts in the summer and roaring log fires in the winter.
The staff are extremely friendly, giving a warm welcome to anyone that enters.
The Sunday lunch is very popular here, with generous roasts containing yorkshire puddings the size of your head. The chef's specials are also highly recommended! The menu is made up of a combination of delicious pub classics and alternative, unique dishes.

A tiny traditional free house right on the banks of the River Thames that's made up of two rooms, a terrace-balcony and a garden right on the riverbank.
All drinks and food are sourced from as local as possible. In the summer they are well known for their aperol spritz and pimms, as well as their array of local beers and ciders.
At high tide, the garden is IN the river but never for long. Everyone who works there knows what it's like to wade through the water with a few plates or glasses in hand.
The menu offers some fantastic options, including their 4 roasts that run from 12pm to 6pm on Sundays.
