When accepting your booking, your chef will request a deposit to reserve this date in their calendar. In line with our refund policy below, this is 100% refundable up to 10 days before your event.

Cancellation & Refund policy

Our cancellation policy covers the expenses Chefs will incur when buying the necessary ingredients and completing the prep before your event, as well as the opportunity loss of additional work.

Please note our cancellation policy per below:

Cancel by 10 or more days before your event start time

  • Full deposit refund: Get 100% back what you paid

Cancel by 4 up to 10 days before your event start time

  • Deposit will be non-refundable; no additional payment incurred

Cancel within 4 days of your event start time

  • 100% agreed menu cost payment required

Message evidence of cancellation is required.

Extenuating circumstances

You may be eligible for a full refund in case of extenuating circumstances, please discuss this with your chef directly.
